Purchasing Terms and Conditions

Ordering Online

14. To make a purchase online simply choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. Register your email and delivery details, complete payment details and submit your order. We will email a confirmation of your order once it is processed and dispatched.

Changing Order

15. Your order cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.

Prices

16. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. Prices are GST inclusive.

Delivery in New Zealand

17. Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order within one business day. You should receive your product within 2-5 working days if it is being sent to a New Zealand address.

Clearance and Supply

18. Whilst all care is taken with our online shop stock quantities, from time to time we may be unable to supply an item (s) that may have been ordered. We will communicate any issues with you as a result of short supply, and will credit without delay and monies paid for items not supplied. We take no responsibility for any losses incurred by our inability to supply anything.

Payment via Paypal

19. PayPal™ is our vehicle for online credit card transactions. You do not have to have a PayPal™ account. Just follow the prompts when making a purchase through our website shopping cart and use your Visa, MasterCard, or other credit card to charge your purchase. PayPal™ is an external payment service and we do not provide any form of warranty as to its safety and security.

Returns

20. We are committed to providing quality products and service to our customers. We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something is not correct, please let us know.

Damage Goods Policy

21. Please contact us on shop@modshair.co.nz if your goods have been damaged in transit, we will comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Returns Policy

22. Goods can only be returned to us following express written approval.  Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. Please return goods to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange it for you.

23. If you need to exchange an item, your first exchange will be delivered free, however any exchange there after will incur a delivery cost charged at normal rates.  Refunds will be made to the original payer.

24. Please complete and send back the returns form which was sent with your order, along with proof of purchase to the following address:

Please note we recommend that your parcel is registered as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items.

Faulty Product

25. We will replace or refund any product deemed to be at fault. Please return any item with the proof of purchase. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@modshair.co.nz to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

26. We are committed to maintaining your privacy, we do not trade or rent your personal information to others.

27. We understand that privacy of personal information is important to you. Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information.
